Retail Services and Distribution Manager

$25.00/hour based on experience

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm

Long term, permanent opportunity

Located in Waterloo, IA

Duties:

• Oversee the order assembly department to be sure daily orders have been completed and sorted for proper distribution.
• Oversee customer service and operations training for routes and stores.
• Learn routes and work with route sales people to ensure proper customer care and sales/volume growth.
• Periodically work with each store and route for continuous training along with fill in for store or route personnel if needed.
• Work with the marketing department to carry out promotional campaigns at the store and route level.
• Advocate for customers by following through on special requests and assist in claim settlements.

Skills/experience:

• Previous experience in a managerial setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with others.
• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license required.
