Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the Nursing Process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide relationship-centered care tailored to population-specific needs and cultural diversity.
• Partner with patients and families for care planning, education, and updates.
• Coordinate and document care across interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to staff and students.
• Promote evidence-based practice and assist in protocol development.
• Uphold policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety goals.
• Plan and manage resources efficiently to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).
• RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Knowledge of nursing theory, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Strong assessment, treatment, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage patient records, emergencies, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
