A confidential healthcare services organization is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and two Staff Pharmacists to support operations within a high-volume fulfillment pharmacy located in Charlestown, Indiana .

These roles offer a stable weekday schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative fulfillment environment supporting patient care at scale.

Position Overview

• Schedule: Full-time
• Shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• On-call availability required once per month after hours
• Salary range: $110,000 – $135,000 (based on experience)
• Annual bonus: 5.77%

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Supervise daily pharmacy fulfillment operations
• Provide leadership and direction to pharmacy technicians and shipping staff
• Ensure accurate dispensing, labeling, and documentation of prescriptions
• Maintain quality, safety, and workflow standards within the fulfillment center
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support efficiency and compliance
• For PIC role: Serve as the designated pharmacist responsible for regulatory oversight

Leadership & Oversight

• Direct supervision of pharmacy technicians and shipping personnel
• PIC role includes responsibility for pharmacy operations and compliance standards

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel between facilities in:
• Louisville, KY
• Charlestown, IN
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced fulfillment environment

Licensure Requirements

• Active Pharmacist licenses required in:
• Indiana
• Kentucky
• Florida
