A confidential healthcare services organization is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and two Staff Pharmacists to support operations within a high-volume fulfillment pharmacy located in Charlestown, Indiana .
These roles offer a stable weekday schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative fulfillment environment supporting patient care at scale.
Position Overview
- Schedule: Full-time
- Shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- On-call availability required once per month after hours
- Salary range: $110,000 – $135,000 (based on experience)
- Annual bonus: 5.77%

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Supervise daily pharmacy fulfillment operations
- Provide leadership and direction to pharmacy technicians and shipping staff
- Ensure accurate dispensing, labeling, and documentation of prescriptions
- Maintain quality, safety, and workflow standards within the fulfillment center
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to support efficiency and compliance
- For PIC role: Serve as the designated pharmacist responsible for regulatory oversight
Leadership & Oversight
- Direct supervision of pharmacy technicians and shipping personnel
- PIC role includes responsibility for pharmacy operations and compliance standards

- Ability to travel between facilities in:
- Louisville, KY
- Charlestown, IN
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
Licensure Requirements
- Active Pharmacist licenses required in:
- Indiana
- Kentucky
- Florida
