Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET / Blazor)

Location: Seffner, FL (Hybrid – primarily onsite)

Work Type: Contract-to-Hire

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join an internal IT team supporting warehouse and operational systems. This role focuses on designing and building high-impact internal applications used in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is equally strong in front-end UI development and back-end system design, with the ability to translate complex business needs into reliable, intuitive software solutions.

This is a collaborative role working closely with product managers, engineers, and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications supporting operational and warehouse workflows
  • Build responsive and user-friendly UIs using Blazor for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
  • Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using .NET (C#)
  • Design and optimize SQL Server databases and data access layers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Ensure applications are reliable, scalable, and optimized for real-world operational use
  • Participate in agile development processes, including planning, code reviews, and design sessions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including occasional production support

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
  • Strong experience with:
  • Frontend: Blazor, HTML5, CSS3, Razor Components
  • Backend: .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, REST APIs
  • Databases: SQL Server, Entity Framework or similar ORM
  • Experience developing internal tools or enterprise applications
  • Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
