• 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM EST
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM EST
Pay rate starts from $ 19 per hour.

We have several Material Handler openings in Westborough, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
🔧 Job Responsibilities
- Perform electromechanical assembly by reviewing instructions, blueprints, and parts lists
- Support assembly and material handling tasks, including:
- • Moving, staging, and delivering materials to workstations
- • Operating pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment
- • Assisting with kitting, labeling, and organizing production parts
- • Ensuring inventory accuracy through proper documentation and scanning
- Complete assembly, repair, and rework tasks as required
- Follow written work instructions and enter data into production systems
- Conduct quality inspections and record results in production/quality forms
- Maintain safety standards and adhere to all manufacturing procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly
- Demonstrate ownership, motivation, and accountability in daily tasks
📘 Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work the full shift plus occasional overtime
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, software, and performing data entry
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks (sitting or standing)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a mechanical setting with power tools
