Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP)

Position: Full-Time
Location: Nebraska
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) to provide remote therapy services to clients throughout Nebraska. This role is centered on delivering consistent mental health treatment, supporting clients through structured therapeutic care, and maintaining professional clinical standards. The position offers predictable hours and a stable workload in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth systems
  • Perform clinical assessments and establish treatment goals
  • Track and document client progress accurately
  • Follow evidence-based treatment practices
  • Collaborate with internal clinical staff as needed
  • Ensure compliance with state and organizational policies

Requirements

  • Active Nebraska LMHP license
  • Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related discipline
  • Experience in clinical mental health settings
  • Familiarity with telehealth service delivery
  • Reliable organizational and time-management skills
