Employment Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $40–$60/hour (based on experience)
Overview
Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) to provide compassionate, evidence-based substance abuse counseling for adults, older adolescents, and families. This part-time role offers fully remote flexibility , with occasional group sessions or client-based work as clinically required.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intakes and substance use assessments
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Complete timely and compliant documentation
- Maintain active communication with the Clinical Director and team
- Uphold compliance with COMAR and all applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Current LCADC license in good standing
- Proven experience in substance abuse counseling (individual and group)
- Strong understanding of documentation, compliance, and ethics
- Excellent communication and time management skills
