Job Description

Legal Administrative Assistant

Contract: 6 months to start, with potential for extension

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our Corporate Attorney and Executive Leadership Team . This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient operations across legal and corporate functions and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization as it expands into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the Corporate Attorney and multiple Vice Presidents.

  • Review, upload, and execute legal documents and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, charts, and other materials.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and confidential records for assigned personnel.

  • Maintain filing systems and handle incoming/outgoing mail for the department.

  • Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, printing, and mail distribution.

  • Create purchase requisitions and process goods/services receipts in SAP.

  • Provide general administrative support and backup coverage as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree and a minimum of five years of administrative experience , or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Prior experience supporting a legal department or corporate attorney is highly preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP is a plus.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Work Schedule:

  • Onsite during initial training period (approximately 2 weeks)

  • Hybrid schedule thereafter: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote
