Director of Admissions

Location: Somerset County, NJ (Onsite)

Are you passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals? We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Admissions to lead a high-performing team and drive student recruitment efforts. This role is perfect for someone with experience in post-secondary or career school settings who thrives in a leadership position.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of admissions representatives to achieve enrollment goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and success.
• Provide ongoing training and professional development for your team.
• Use data-driven insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Oversee planning and execution of events for prospective students.
• Build strong relationships internally and externally to support admissions objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in post-secondary or career school environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in management, sales, marketing, business, or military.
• Strong proficiency with current technology and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The client offers medical, dental, vision, company paid holidays, and 15 days of PTO
