The Role

Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily developments in the heart of Miami. From mid-rise apartment buildings to luxury mixed-use complexes, you’ll be at the helm of high-impact residential projects that shape the city’s skyline. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to deliver quality builds on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily ground-up projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure efficient workflow
• Oversee site logistics, safety compliance, and quality control
• Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays or conflicts
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors
• Conduct daily site walk throughs and progress reporting
• Ensure adherence to building codes, permitting, and inspection requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up multifamily construction
• Proven success managing residential projects in urban environments
• Strong understanding of structural systems, MEP coordination, and vertical construction
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Miami
