Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Cloud Operations Manager to join their team! This position is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Duties:

• Ensure strategic planning develop long term cloud strategies align with business goals including migration and innovation roadmaps
• Mentor and guide cloud operations teams toward technical excellence
• Monitor and troubleshoot system availability through proactive monitoring and incident response
• Enhance application performance for low latency and high availability
• Monitor cloud spend and identify cost saving opportunities
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
• Identify and mitigate infrastructure vulnerabilities
• Align cloud operations with cross functional business objectives
• Coordinate with AWS and third party vendors to optimize service delivery

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years managing AWS environments and leading cloud teams
• Deep knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting
• Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Excel
• AWS Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer (preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional demeanor

The approximate pay range for this position is between $47.00 and $68.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
