Job Description
We are seeking a skilled technician to support operations including repair, refurbishment, failure analysis, and complaint investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repair, rework, and upgrades of medical devices
- Troubleshoot and analyze returned devices to determine root causes
- Conduct Level 0 and 1 Product Complaint Investigations (PCI)
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and Quality System Regulations
- Accurately document service activities using Oracle
- Support training and assist in continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required; A.S. in technical field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in service repair or a high-tech manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with cGMP and quality systems
Other Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to lift 30–40 lbs
- Travel may be required up to 25%
